Dr Gordon is the longest serving doctor in our practice, having arrived from Newcastle in 1986.  He has watched the practice grow from four doctors to twelve, and adding a practice nurse and pathology collection service.  Dr Gordon enjoys seeing patients of all ages and maintains a special interest in men's health and in the management of the menopause. He also performs minor procedures.

Tutoring medical students and examining candidates for the College of General Practitioners' Fellowship examination both keep him in touch with the next generation, and gives him a great sense of optimism about the future of our profession.  Although his golf handicap keeps moving inexorably upwards, his optimism also leads him to extol the benefits of walking the golf course regardless of the final score.
